Hello All,I am a rookie investor based in Atlanta.

I have been told to start off in the rookie section and go on YouTube and listen to as many podcast as possible.

Typically a credit card balance does not need to be paid off to include the expense on the current year return. 

However, I was planning to use 0% credit cards for the rehab so I won't be able to actually transfer the money when the lien is filed. 

How many bank/credit cards?

The last post is correct, we are required to have our license classification and clearly displayed on our trucks, business cards and any other advertising.

It's seamless, makes tracking revenue and expenses very easily, provides me with bank account options for all of my properties as well as virtual credit cards AND a hefty interest rate on savings.

I'm 20 and this'll be my 1st buy and hold so don't want to make any rookie mistakes.
