Good Morning Everyone,I am new to Bigger Pockets and am listening to the podcasts religiously.  

But even with all of those selling points, I still spend a tremendous amount of time following up with people religiously... my average seller won't allow me to put a deal under contract until 8-15 follow up touch points after the original phone call (I've had deals that took me a year to lock up after 30+ touch points).

If you are at all religious you may find solice in praying.

Hi Bigger Pockets community,I discovered Bigger Pockets podcast for about a month now and I am listening to them religiously.

My religious beliefs, and purpose were major factors in my decision to stay in.  

There is high demand during season, plus boat shows, ultra music festival, etc. 

You have to send letters religiously and a) make phone calls to follow up and b) be available when a motivated seller calls YOU.

I have been reading BP religiously learning and reading and still trying to figure things out, but the question I have is I have a co- worker that probably need to sell her Mom house that is located on Puerto Rico.  

I am new to this and religiously educationg myself, and curious about what is possible in this market.

I love to get some feedback from highly driven, self-motivated, top performers in their industry.What time do you wake up every morning (religiously)?
