For ours we put pulls on the cabinets since most of our flips get the cabinets refinished, but this is a lower price point of $125-$175K and most times they are new home buyers.  

The worst part is i just refinished my concrete floors, and now I might have to cut them up to get under them - $H*T!.

And since I was at it, I sanded and refinished the floors too.

There are decent engineered out there that you can sand and refinish once or twice.

At my house, I used the Rust Oleum Tub and Tile refinishing kit on an old surround at my home (repeat on surround only, not tub itself, important).
