I would also take some kind of political classes...as lots of development has to do with how well you fit into the vision of what the politicians want to see done for their city.   

Maybe not as class A nice as the top Chicago neighborhoods, but prices are somewhat better and the politicians slightly more intelligent.

There was a higher number, but it was not as bad as predicted by politicians and media.

NYC is a horrific place for LLs and there is a contingent of DSA (Democratic Socialists of America) politicians that are trying to make it even worse, end goal being no private property.

Clearly I made some mistake in the vetting process and I should not have rented to them.I am very grateful for my units, I am very grateful that my tenants uphold their lease terms and I am very grateful that when politicians told them not to pay rent- they paid it as they should have.I show my gratitude in being the best landlord there is, not by buying some silly gift card.

Yet, the majority of the politicians ignore this and support what is good for big business.   

But I guarantee no politician looking to be r-elected in 2024 will accept high unemployment.
