Check Richardson and Plano (really hard to find deals right now, especially at 100K), and if you can't find anything there then look in Garland.

I've been spending my time reading the forums, books and listening to podcasts.There's a lot going on in both companies we work for and I think that within 6 months we will either be on another corporate job, or trying out Real Estate.I live in CT now, but in order to extend my stay in my current job, I will strategically be moving to Plano, TX.
