People who have service dogs (or horses, as these are the only 2 service animals) that are genuine have no issue disclosing that on the front end and can answer the 2 questions easily - is the animal necessary for a disability, and what specific tasks has the dog (or horse, if you're getting one of those) been trained to perform? 

I have been to the 3-day and it is a well run event, by professional persons. 

I flew in town, ended up setting it up - they finally hired a task rabbit person, as their team would just deliver a box and leave.

I personally walked and researched every property prior to investing to understand what I was buying, what could be done to add value and what I should expect in cash flow and appreciation.Learning what makes a good investment for you is absolutely necessary. 

Personally, I wouldn't open up a home that isn't in good repair, from a liability standpoint if nothing else.

Building wealth quickly is not an enjoyable experience—you have to go through some pain to experience the reward at the end.Trust me, from personal experience: the quicker the wealth building = the more pain.

Personally I would just get the proper licensing and insurance if I wanted to manage properties for others.
