The new lines were put under the slab footings so I don’t think the concrete was disturbed at the perimeter at all.Any chance a fitting or coupling could be leaking?

Housings in Atlanta is really expensive but its because all the jobs are compact in that area as well, so many people who work in Atlanta live out side the perimeter (OTP) to balance income to mortgage.

If we move the line outside the perimeter of the new garage with overhead living space (not exactly sure what he is doing) I am assuming there is no problem in the pipe handling the compaction (I believe we mostly use SDR 35 here) under the portion that would be a mini driveway or apron?

Currently for my primary residence I have a Ring system which works well and provides the basic surveillance that I'd like to have for rental properties; perimeter motion lights with cameras to record parking lot and back alley activities, "check in" on the grounds to ensure the landscapers are actually showing up, no one has graffitied the fence, determine false alarms on a vacant property, etc.

I have a property in East Point, 4 Bed, 2.5 Bath, 2,110 sq. ft. built in 2018, just inside the perimeter of I-285, near the Camp Creek Marketplace.It has never been vacant, same tenants for 3 straight years rents for $1,470.I have a PM company that runs it and I've never had any run-ins with the city of East Point, inspections, etc.

I see all the development headed for East Point but was not sure if the path of progress is headed towards Union City or any other neighborhoods directly outside of the Perimeter (and no more than 30 minutes from Hartsfield Jackson).
