But I didn’t.I felt using 6% was a “conservative” approach to exit cap but I won’t know whether 6% was “conservative or optimistic” for 5 years.We obtained a 10 year fixed rate note at 3.95% with 20 year amortization 65% LTV (the bank would have given us 75% LTV) from a local bank.
