I have already installed security cameras and updated all entry doors to keypad locks.

They wanted security cameras throughout and then sub-contract the management to a Third Party Agent!

My grandparents use Arlo cameras and they seem to work well and are pretty simple to install, no cords to deal with.

So I thought I would install surveillance cameras for extra security. 

It's kind of like buying a new tech gizmo, like a fancy camera or AppleWatch, where you have to take the time to figure out how to use it. 

A little camera work and it turns out the system installer decided to just run a pipe from a home straight out to daylight….

Mine can set door codes, message (or call) guests, schedule cleaners, adjust the thermostat, monitor my cameras, & call a plumber just as easily as a local PM can, for 1% of the costI wrote much more about leveraging offshore assistants in this post here.

In fact, I bought a 360 camera and use that to shoot 360 images and walk-through videos.

May have to get cameras and/or security monitoring to prevent it from happening again.
