Again, not to say there can't be bigger issues, but I have had more issues with the quality of construction in modern updates than I have ever had in the original items.  

Many modern options (none of them perfect, most adequate) that charge much less than that. 

In our modern society, we can identify as anything we choose.

They construct and sell houses in Florida using some kind of green technology which allows a tax rebate in addition to an 18-22% APR. 

Unlike Evolve, Turnkey and other "property managers", although I like to refer to them as technology companies, we  don't make a living off of the top performing properties and not give lower performing properties attention they need to perform better.

There is simply a housing shortage because the growth is explosive here (lots of technology and other industries).

In modern houses they aren't desirable.

My problem with my current is while they are local they are a blast out of time in regards to technology and getting things done seamlessly on TOP of the low interest rate.Thanks for the response
