Their default procedure is to wire transfer funds but since my bank, Wells Fargo, charges $15 to receive wires, I asked if they can send me a cheque image instead so I can mobile-deposit it.

Account Closed You could certainly increase the value of a mobile home by rehabbing it.You're correct that mobile homes lose value over time, where stick-built homes tend to gain value.However, be aware that mobile homes aren't considered as "real estate" by lenders, so they cannot be financed with a regular mortgage.

Mobile homes with land seem to be on the high side; those without/need moving and rehabbing; yes there are tons of mobile homes around here.Can a person work on wholesaling virtually to different parts of the country?
