Lady posting is the true owner of a 1969 mobile home 2 bd 1 bath, 684 square super close, not on, Lake Lanier. 

We ended up tearing down all of the homes and rezoning one of the parks to open a new Mobile Home dealership. 

Purchasing a fix and flip from a seller that had prior issues with GC and is concerned that GC may file a mechanic's lien on the property even after the property is sold to me.

After mortgage and mechanic lien(which was inflated)I cleared 230k on that sale but i had 7 other loans with liens on most of them.

Advice NeededTLDR - Spend an additional $30k now to upgrade the sewer system on-site while the contractor is already mobilized or go with a sewer injection pump which is likely a viable solution the will last for years with proper maintenance. 

No other product can allow one to do this (HELOCs are similar in a sense but have drawbacks and limitations that whole life does not).I can tell you misunderstand the underlying mechanics of IBC yourself in how you mention credit (you're not alone!)

Or I wanted the lot behind my house so no one buys it and puts a mobile home on it. 

If you have one property nearby you might not need tracking software, I know some independent landlords that get 12 post dated checks and just mobile deposit them on the first of each month.
