@Svend WhiteOK, so what you're planning on doing here is abandoning your family in your home while you head off to this place to live in a basement and supposedly sponge bathe and eat out of a nonexistent kitchen, but with maybe a dorm fridge, a little electric burner, maybe a microwave, maybe a toaster oven, effecting a separation with your wife and child, all so that you can legally say that you're living in this place for a year and qualify for a low down payment.All these mortgage records are public and permanent, and the IRS can get their hands on them with great ease during any sort of mortgage fraud investigation.If I were an IRS agent investigating you 10 years down the line (federal statute of limitation for mortgage fraud) and I saw this paper trail, I would only think one thing -- this dude was just getting his mail at the property.

So you are OK with a bar but not to have additional stoves in the bar area (include microwave oven).

They don't really cook, they microwave things.

I was watching a mastermind coach Charles Blair and he was able to get stainless steel appliances for his students for $850 Frig, Microwave and Oven.  

Left an apartment full of furniture so I got some TV sets, microwaves, dining room chairs out of it.

But for some, like the microwave of 7 years, I have no idea how she is capable of breaking a microwave. 

Stoves are 1/2 the price of microwaves.

Microwave is this a must or do folks provide it themselves.

Mini fridge, TV, microwave, vacuum, chair, and left alcohol bottles all over the shed in the back.

Hi Pal,Why not you sleep in the shed after fixing it up, and rent out the more desirable house for more money.You would essentially be living free, just you, your microwave and a mini fridge, use a blue porta-potty and shower down at the gym, get water from the house spigot out back.Then you would not even have to fix it up much, just enough to keep the spiders out.How much more a whole house would rent for vs a shed, and maybe put up a wooden privacy fence, so the renters would not see you coming and going.Tell them you are eccentric, or just like communing with nature.Good Luck!
