If there is an opportunity out there that you believe will provide you with better returns than what the stock market then yes buy real estate.

I don't think RE returns are going to touch that.

As mentioned, it is virtually daily that there are posts that seem unlikely to have any path to a return that warrants holding the RE.i wish everyone be thorough and cautious in their underwriting.

I built this budget template based on my research but am only seeing bad investment returns / don't really know what I'm doing and would appreciate any feedback you all have to offer.
