This is a case where they were essentially banned for a specific reason, and now even their use for legit reasons is basically gone. 

I am using FurishedFinders, and provided the Renters Insurance through their associated platform Keyfinder to my tenant.

They have competitive rates and I’m familiar with their branches as well as their online platform.

Has anyone had good/bad experience with selling notes on either of these platforms?

When I decided to find a new real estate accounting software platform in the fall and finally untangle myself from the nightmare of Quickbooks, I had no idea it would take me this long or be this complicated.

We didn't get much traction with Roomster and Kopa as by-the-room platforms, and we are a smaller market without a Padsplit presence.There are a lot of work crews passing through our neck of the woods, so the private rooms are appreciated as a bonus.
