As a 24 year old working in Sacramento after studying engineering at the University of California Berkeley, I stayed for $550/mo in Rancho Cordova, all included in a furnished room in a 30-something lady’s twin house (shared a wall with another owners house).

We ended up being sent all over the place and just to end up with 2 ladies saying flat out they had no idea what this list was and how I would be able to get it.

She’s an older lady that knows how to talk and get off market deals.

I don’t know why this lady has such an issue with mailboxes.

I have a great lady, I give her basic info about the property, she gives me ~3 options with the price and coverage I am looking for (and am required to have) and I fill out one application, she takes care of the rest.YMMV

Here is what I need:- Multi-Family units under 275k- Property Manager referrals- A local agent that owns Multi-Famly Unit(s)- An average or above average contractorBasically, I need a huge size 11.5, 12 or 13 boots on the ground but if you are a lady a cute size 7 will do.  

A true example  I came across some time ago was a lady who wanted to sell her inherited property quickly.

So far I have spoken to Metro Detroit Property Management, Renters Warehouse and Great Day Property Management (GDPM).I am leaning towards GDPM just based on how the lady running it was very transparent about the basic questions I had asked and overall got a good feel.
