It most likely won't be a home run, but it'll be the catalyst that gets your train leaving the station.

The people who say wholesaling is easy are generally in two camps:- A Guru with a mentorship or training program- A student who just paid thousands of dollars to one of those gurus, and is required to post about how life changing the program was, often using "Go Giver" "Abundance Mindset" or other similar hustle culture language. 

People sit on the internet and think they are learning, not happening.  

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

To my understanding in PA you need to get the 75 hours of training, pass the national/state exams to get licensed, and then associate with a brokerage.

Also it is so much easier today with the internet.

On top of an already steep monthly (that does include cable, internet, snow removal, amenities) it definitely makes me re-think my strategy! 

Remember, this was a long time before we had use of the internet or anything else we think of as “technology” today1.

We use RocketStation for VA's and they train them on Appfolio if they haven't used it before, but many VA's have.
