If you used a credit score as well then there are certain additional factors you need to add: credit score, score range, negative factors influencing score (and mentioning too many inquiries if that is a factor].BTW if you have  set standards in terms of screening you pretty much cover your FHA issues too by being obviously non discriminatory. 

Ask yourself why and have people within your circle of influence ask you why so you can explain and hear yourself.

The realtor's are the one who has influenced me to do this myself and they would help.

City officials, chamber of commerce, media and influencers are all accessible and ready to support you. 

Unfortunately, their influence is forming an army of "gurus" rather than honest wholesalers.
