I had a roof inspector who inspected the roof and certified that the roof is in good condition.

The only comment from the inspector was one of the rooms had a floor that was slightly slanted but he said that is normal as the house was built in 1954 and that's normal in older houses.Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, I had a house I was selling go into escrow and of course the buyer had a Home Inspector do his thing.

Once I got an inspector in there, a lot of issues came up.Not to mention, seems like every single of their properties is priced at exactly the 1% rule - meaning negative cash flow if you factor in vacancy, taxes, and repairs. 

I currently have 3 SFH rentals solely owned (1 in San Francisco Bay Area and 2 in Indianapolis metro area) and 1 apartment building in the Bay Area with co-investors).

Did the inspector actually identify outlets with a bootleg ground or is just suspected.

My rule of thumb for property taxes in Indianapolis...Budget 2.5% of the assessed value.

The septic inspector said there is likely a crushed drain pipe between the house and the cesspit (cesspit is only about  10 feet from the house), and if this is repaired it should be fine.
