Work at establishing in-person relationships that will serve you well over time, not just one-and-done.

It is worth paying more upfront if it takes less time on site to put together.

Write it up to an education, spend some time sharpening your support team (particularly in the trades) and start thinking about how you can do it again!

If at one time the house had gas heat it may still be rated as gas.
