I went to Xavier University of Louisiana where I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration - Management. 

The driveway is slanted 45 degrees instead of being a 90 degree driveway from the street.

Hello, I recently graduated with a degree in Finance and Real Estate which gave me a lot of experience as far as understanding the numbers, finance, and business side of real estate but I do not have much "hands on" experience as far as fixing appliances, home ownership (I've rented up until now), etc. 

Ask questions, read the forums, listen to the podcasts and you'll have the equivalent of a master's degree in real estate!

But they do all work to some degree.
