I'd ask him (/her/them) to appraise it as if he was being the eyes and ears of an FHA lender, because those standards are a little bit higher than fannie/freddie, and include health/safety issues.

I will need a certified well contractor that can get me a well sealing certificate after the work so I can show it to the Minnesota department of Health.

Closing of the purchase  could happen as soon as this week so I am anxious to get started and move on to the next one.My dilemma comes from the "turn key" company that helped me buy the house (it is an REO, so they provided the realtor) and they also are supposed to manage the rehab and the sale.

Study after study PROVES that the best place to add a dollar to our economy is UNDOUBTEDLY in the middle to lower class households if the desired affect is to bolster our overall national fiscal health.

If nothing else after having the test run and it is negative great you have a clean bill of health.
