It is my opinion, after 40 years of successful real estate investment experience, that most investors seek the WRONG type of real estate education.Learning specific techniques and strategies associated with a particular type of real estate activity, is an attempt to shortcut the acquisition of a foundation of general real estate knowledge, which takes more time.

We dictated the cost/job & it worked, but turn around time was tiresome & too many short cuts.

If you want shortcuts and a shortened learning curve, you'll always find someone to sell you illusions in this business.

Rehab estimates take experience, there really are no short cuts.  

This can be done kindly and gently, and will like prod the tenant to remember the procedure instead of haphazardly calling for assistance. 

A wise investor will not try to get rich quick with shortcuts.

Busted my butt driving streets, walking neighborhoods, and buying 8 houses in 12 months, initially with a "spray and pray" method until I LEARNED which areas I liked and suited me.There isn't a shortcut.  

If any work has been done recently, it might be a shortcut to start there.

There are no shortcuts this is what it takes especially in Orlando. 

There’s no shortcuts or secrets it’s all about education and focused action.
