I’m just a little gun shy due to the extreme prices..... should I be concerned about price of the house or more concerned about cash flow and availability of renters??

@Josh BrookAnd your missing my point, because the fact that a Murderer no matter when it happened and they had been convicted of it, I don't agree with the City Council that I am forced at gun point to accept a murderer should they apply.
