My intentions are to begin in wholesaling, yes I get it most start and quit but quitting isnt a option for me I have to grind to get where I wanna be and I'm willing to do whatever I have to do to get there.

Not sure if you can do this or how the set up is but generally the noise (stomping, running, house shaking) in many places tends to travel down more noticably than up.I would think any soundproofing options would be costly and possibly not as effective as necessary.

As long as it’s legal & the guest has bedroom, kitchen, bathroom & you price it accordingly you can generate some incomeI would put a note in the VR listing mentioning that it’s an attached property and loud disruptive noise will not be tolerated.

if you are buying in a secondary location you need to know that when you sell it will impact on your selling price and also limit your market as there will be buyers that not buy in inferior locations, due to noise etc.
