What is your plan to scale?

Dave cool article but there  are other benefits like ability to get Loans based on the STR etc which you can use to scale up.

I'm not trying to scale or acquire "more doors".  

I managed it with spreadsheets and notepad on my phone only and used no accounting software the most part.Would you guys find more use in a service that replaces hands quickly or just having an app on your phone and computer to manage your flip projects that's visually appealing and easy to scale with?

I don't have a problem finding deals, and have had good returns on my first property and I think that will lead to referrals down the line but I am trying to scale at a faster pace. 

House hacking a duplex is a great way to start scaling your portfolio to more doors.

Hi James, I’m located in the Seattle area but I have scaled to 9 doors across Detroit and Memphis.

I may be wrong but I don't think REIT scales as you are tying up your capital right ?

Until I hear of a company that does this, take care of the landlord costs, provide excellent care for tenants, I'll hold off.Yes, maintenance is a pain, yes, there is definitely an opportunity for a company to step it up, but each region is different and scaling this up is hard.I hope that Latchel and others get their operations up to snuff.
