Live in one unit and rent out the other three.

We don't get a lot of snow in NJ these days, we've gone seasons recently where I never broke out my snowblower for where I live!

There should be a class action law suit again multifamily mindset that has ripped off so many people and tore their lives apart in a horrible way.

Usually living in it for a few years may be enough for it to cash flow positive when you move out.  

BUT, I am sick living in construction and would like to move to a new home and then finish fliping and sell or hold the two homes asap.

I have changed my rental strategy to Co-Living (rent by the room).

I'm quite not 100% on wether or not if I purchase my first investment property where I currently live (Virginia) (*which I will be*). should I also gain my license here since I'll have a property within Virginia.
