If you don't give the buyer's agent their customary cut, typically about 3%, you are really cutting off your nose to spite your face.

If you can salvage the stove & other appliances(maybe the fridge but just don't open it *twitching nose*) and have someone from the scrap yard come and get them, it works.

Noise transmission between units can be an issue, make sure that the construction reduces or eliminates those noises, as well as outside nose like traffic.
