Some states have very specific rules for ages, times the child can not work, like during the night or during school hours, if they can climb a ladder, if the parent must be present when the child is working, etc.I have heard the 'child should be 6 or older' to be able to pass the laugh test that the child can actually do a task that is worth money.

@Cole Black it may have just been that the agent is inexperienced working for agents or perhaps they have a very full schedule.

I just talked to a lender today who said he cannot lend to the corporate entity for speculation purposes but that he can lend to the individual for Ag Purposes, and if the individual happens to sell the land to Farmer Smith for a profit, then so be it.

Most of that is dependent on the lender I think the GeoTech and Phase I are pretty standard for agency debt (like FNMA or FMAC) and I don't have heartburn over that.
