I want to preface this by saying I'm an absolute newbie when it comes to real estate investing, but the more books and resources I consume, the more I find myself gravitating towards commercial real estate, specifically hotels!

We have all the resources and an incredible network yet we will still have students who will not put the effort into find a commercial deal. 

While licensed contractors pay payroll taxes, workers comp and a litany of other financial burdens.perspective is everything.
