Hi Matan, great you are thinking about investing at this early stage of your career, you are ahead of 90% of doctors, who historically are not the savviest of investors.

They are different people in different stages of their life that started in different places.

Typically we see a good elementary school and then goes down hill from there. 

I've been remote flipping in Cleveland, OH and am in the early stages of prepping for a new build in Annapolis, MD.

I'm flipping this deal and this project is in the rehab stage so haven't netted anything yet.

I am still in the exploration stage and looking into Scottsdale, AZ.

I am at a stage where I can make 2 separate units as the lot is zoned multi unit. 

Applications went out on 10/10 and as of today only two of the five applied for cards are completely through the applications stage.

I think at this stage it is seeing the capex items pop up and kind of wash away my cash flow is where this may come up also.
