Learning the market, understanding rental trends, and continuously educating yourself will be essential.

I have $10,500 to my name and want to invest it and put my money to work; however, I don't mind spending a few dollars on a reliable course or towards my financial education.

Some resources I've been using to educate myself so far are:-The Bigger Pockets podcast: I am on episode 11 of it on Spotify, it has been a great resource so far, touching upon many key parts of real estate investment. 

I am able to make an educated guess based on the original offer from owner to myself before the wholesaler scooped it up and the price agreed upon myself and wholesaler.

I'm excited to learn more, gain the education, and utilize the tools I need to succeed.
