The property is at the bottom of a very large slope, and drainage was a concern.

Looking to see if anyone has done this before, and/or if these numbers look worth it:I have a long-term goal of owning a "snowbird" home in Jackson Hole, WY, but prices there are astronomical. 

I'm an IT guy and programmer, once needed some guy to patch a hole in the ceiling from a bathtub leak, a handyman/contractor told me his minimum job is $300/day, so just a hole in the ceiling is not worth it for him.

He patched the hole in the blinds with some white vinyl. 

At least 5 interior doors have holes, drywall is marred and dented in places, some trim removed and broken, closet doors broken along with broken light fixtures etc. 

When they find these high yielding properties with ginseng they call it a "honey hole".

We couldn’t have holes in walls or floors, had to have running water, and a few other “safety and security” issues that I can’t recall right now.

About $1800 in random repairs, some missing cracked shingles, hvac drainage line repair, a few electrical items, minor mold in crawl,  drainage line on pressure relief valve of water heater The most annoying part was that the appraiser said the railings on the porch had to have gap less than 4 inches.

You don't have to be an a-hole about life but you should run your business like a business, not a charity.
