However, many cases involve a child with a permanent disability that will ripen into a conservatorship.In CA, this few guardianship properties there are sold require formal court order, hence are subject to overbidding.In short, personally, I would not solicite these leads for purchase as they do not make very good prospects.

I even was diagnosed with a learning disability in math, despite that I believe with patience and step by step process that I will understand whatever math formula that's needed for any task, it might take a little while to get it but it will come through.

The tenants have had that moved out moved out due to a car accident (going on disability),  moving to a larger house with girlfriend, moving to a safer area where the house won't get broken into, and losing their job and not being able to afford the house.
