I wrote this post because there is a lot of dialogue and confusion online about real estate agents and wholesalers, and I'd like to clear up some of that confusion.

The dialogue must shift from what you want to sell to what investors want to buy.Investors have money, but no time.

We both read the books, engaged in some really neat dialogue on our nightly walks, and better understood each other's perspectives in those areas.After reading both books, I asked for her permission to start slowly pursuing financial independence through real estate investing by using the RDPD principles, and she happily jumped into it with me. 

Facebook doesn't lend itself to long dialogues but is great for establishing connections.BP is where you can still find an in depth discussion on just about any REI topic. 

Having the same discussion in parallel only fragments the dialogue and makes the discussion more difficult to search in the future.     

Explain to me how that is a side gig, or "hobby".You're free to agree or disagree all you like, I certainly welcome the dialogue.

There is very little dialogue about the financial burdens, stress and major inconveniences at risk for landlords.

Totally agree with you on the K1/etc reporting, so yes, conventional lenders that look at tax returns will see any investment holdings even if they aren't reported as tradelines.This is actually good dialogue for the folks reading in.
