Personally, I discourage cats because their claws will ruin blinds, shades and curtains and it's impossible to get cat piss out of carpet.

In Colorado, you have grounds to terminate the contract to buy and sell real estate if you don't like shade of the paper the loan is written on.

As of now, I am thinking that I will paint the kitchen, bathrooms, trim, and ceilings a Swiss Coffee White (Kelly Moore) and paint the living area and bedrooms walls a light shade of Gray.
