Dangerous. 

They may be more emotionally concerned, but that doesn't mean they are better at the job.Why are millionaires and billionaires using financial managers, property managers, nannies, and maids? 

I think you are concerned about seasoning requirements for cash-out refinances here.

Beyond that, ventless dryers can not only be dangerous they have a tendency of filling your house with microscopic lint everywhere.

If you are concerned with the types  of prospective tenants  who may do a drive by to check out the place as a first step of their apartment search you have a real estate problem my friend,  not a leasing issue.

If you had concerns about the asset if and when you pass away and would like to avoid probate, a Revocable Living Trust that owns the LLC that acts as a Holding Company is a good option.

In the end a credit score based on a sufficient credit history tells you the risk of default which is what you should actually be concerned about.
