I do believe redevelopment will eventually get there, maintain the Haitian Culture "Theme" and be a wonderful addition to the other beautiful areas Miami has to offer.

In addition, the city has a great beer/food/art scene that is redefining the culture and keeping folks interested in renovating and living in the once-neglected historic districts around town. 

They say Drive and perseverance is the key to success or GANAS as they say in my culture.

I'd rather focus my efforts towards building a following and culture that is mine, which I control, and will hopefully make money from down the road.

Your are like borderline celebrity to me.

We've also made an absolute killing on some of them and celebrated at $100/plate restaurants (Ruth's Chris Steakhouse ftw).

Generally because the culture here is pretty anti-guru but also generally because most of these programs deserve that skepticism.
