One transfer of money from a personal account to an account associated with the property and you're toast!?

I already understand that MN and my home state OK have license reciprocity, and know what the process is to get it transferred over.

I opened a business checking account, transferred money from my own credit union account and then was told the new business account was being closed and that the bank was holding my money for 60 days.

There is no way to transfer the listing ownership to a co-host through Airbnb. 

It should also be noted that this permit is transferable in a Real Estate Transaction, so as a buyer or seller it is always going to be important to make sure this permit is in place from this time moving forward!

In other words much safer to purchase a property in the name of your LLC than to purchase in your name and transfer to LLC. 8.

I have to assume this is a situation many others have found themselves in before and so I'm hoping there could be some clear guidance on process and legality.Situation: There's a prospective landlord in San Francisco with no next-of-kin and no social ties to name a recipient to transfer ownership of their property to after they pass away.

Zero appreciation in 13 years, let alone any covering transfer/closing costs.
