We actually have all that data right now, but we moved up the launch of this by about 6 months, and haven't been able to crunch the data into a format that we can share just yet, but we're working on it and you can expect to see that in the coming months for sure!

I have done all my initial investigation, and number crunching with my realtor to conclude this is a deal to chase. 

I am working on buying my first rental properties and have been crunching some numbers.

It’s all about crunching the numbers and analyzing the deal with all the expenses including the HOA dues (and sometime special assessments).

They were in a time crunch and needed to be in by February 1st so it was double duty to get this completed. 

I'm trying to use the rental calculator to crunch numbers on the property to really measure expectations and see what the best case scenario is.
