in my experience, the best way to build a buyer's list is to actually have deals. over the last few years, investors have been getting spammed with crap deals.

It looks like our house is going to close, one or two items left on the inspection punch list.We'll be out of here on April 22nd and (depending on what time the movers finish up) in CO a day or two later.Typical ordeal of the crap with selling the house, inspections etc.I can't wait, although my bride will kill me if we get any "late" April snow this year.

I wouldn't go around looking at houses with them...they'll surely tell you it's a great deal even if it's not to get that commission (I'm sure I'll catch crap for that statement)..:).There's a few things that you need to be looking for..THESE are the things that will lead you to the good deals that you're looking for:1.

I cannot read electrical diagrams for crap, so the instructions were useless.

Just look at the crap terminology we get out of Washington where they pretend spending is an investment.

The house has overgrown crap everywhere, so finding the house number is going to be a problem.

There is one building that is all brick, looks like crap, is two story with a base foot print of 2700ft, and is somehow zoned single family right smack in the middle of the business district.
