The more cash on hand the more options.

Hey @Patrick Braswell  You shouldn't have any issues getting a DSCR loan as long as you have at least 1 borrower who owns 20 to 25% of the property, or if a couple of you can get to that level combined. 

Managing your own property and finding tenants is a great way to gain hands-on experience.

I am all "invested out" I believe, got into many projects over the last couple of months.

Towards the end of the year I was down to my last couple of grand until I had finally seen the results of my prospecting throughout the year.

I kind of thought this might be a good starting point because of the fact that a super deals with everything, and I would have little hands on work (I think!)

I have a couple of buyers that will purchase without due diligence.

It seems like PSI has grown, a couple landscape companies that way either sold or partnered with PSI because these landscape companies no longer do snow removal and refer people to PSI.
