@John Bertolon, this is one of the many challenges with being a landlord: your tenants have an expectation that you will provide them a safe and nice place to live.  

Never heard of them nor can I find much info online about them @John Arena.What are you looking to accomplish with them?

@John Fieldsfixes after closing doesn't make any sense to me. 

@John Underwood is correct that you don't need that LLC for a single or a couple of properties.
