When we gave the tenant notice that he was going to need to temporary  relocate during the capital improvements by us, he decided this was his get rich moment, he got hooked up with an outfit named the Tenderloin Housing Clinic and within 7 business days sued us for $ 500,000 for wrongful eviction. 

I have found value investing in Cleveland, OH because it is home to Cleveland Clinic, lot of good neighborhoods, landlord friendly laws, stable appreciation and good cash flowing properties.

@Michael Bowie I'm on call 8am to 6pm M-F and 10-2 Sat at a medical clinic to do pre-employment drug screens, most are people going to work at the refinery. 

The same could be said for physical therapists looking to open their own clinic.

Their lawyer is representing them for free (law clinic).

We chose these students because they must go through background checks and drug tests for school since they'll be placed in hospital and clinic settings for their rotations.  

While the letter from the clinical social worker, outlines the disability, the support required by the animals and lists 3 separate governing laws that allow these animals (ADA, FHA and rehabilitation act) in all three governing documents, it doesn't speak to the "fee's" just that they have to be reasonable accommodated.
