Great News everybody.I am selling this property under Contract for Deed, at $12,000 after buying it for $5,000.It is a bit of a creative situation.When my Father went to closing, it was not 3 extra lots but the house lot plus 5 lots.I only marketed this property on Facebook and my childhoods best friends Mom is the neighbor.

I don't meet a lot of people who grew up with the same unique experience like I did, so I love to hear of any families who share their home with others.I wrote more about my childhood househacking over on my blog, but would also like to hear what other people think about househacking with kids, and if you'd like to, or if it's a "never" with a family.
