Does it make sense if you are a first time home bitter to just go online and get your pre approval letter?

I find that at lot of folks are bitter and even in denial.  

I don't mean in the "bitter" sense; more like I'm used to having to put my money in the pot without outside help--primarily because of creditworthiness.  

After hours of conversation I finally discovered it came down being bitter about the situation, and wanting to punish someone for it.My answer to her was, is a 6 figure payday worth sticking it to someone?

:shock: I have to admit my first reaction was a little bitterness.

It's a bitter pill to swallow, as I now have to decide whether to unload the properties I just bought and take the hit in selling costs, or to hang on with a 1% cap rate. 

She's very bitter about the whole experience, she finds it hard to look to the future because she spends all her time regretting her past decisions.I remain hopeful!

It will not destroy us financially, but I am bitterly disappointed in myself.

I’ve got maybe a dozen inquiries over a weeks time on a vacancy I have , but of coarse it’s bitter cold here and worst time for us north eastern folks
