Are you looking for a studio or 1BR or want to have a roommate? 

I'm impressed by the amount of interesting information it is possible to get from this website.I have a property in Italy where my family lives and I recently bought a studio in Liverpool (UK) that will be rented to University students.

I moved my family out of SF in 2009 from a 700+ sf studio that my wife had been renting for less than $950 for several years; it was fixed up and rented out for about $2k after we left. 

Keep learning as much as you can about wholesaling by asking questions, reading others forum posts, listening to podcasts, and reading books and blog posts abouy the subject (I do podcasts and audio books through audible on amazon in the car to work everyday), 3.

My plan is to live in the studio/garage conversion and rent out the house. 

We just came back 3 years ago and live in a detached home in my parents home and pay virtually nothing for rent (400 a month, rents for studios here are about 1200!!!).

And this is not what we want...I recently found a studio in Liverpool.

Weird to me since he's willing to move to a studio which is basically the same thing.I have been lean for 4 months now living on $1000/month.

Anyways, we are talking about moving to a studio which means no kids allowed.
