This town has also been a high tourism town with some of the nations top whitewater rafting, new mountain bike trails and its famous Legal BASE jumping “bridge day”.

We are entering our busiest season, and we forecast 2021 to be pretty killer for tourism.

Where the tourism economy has been established for decades.  

1) I have utilized Airbnb before, and it is most effective between April to October months since that is when tourism in Denver is at its peak season.2) Anywhere in Denver is great, especially the hotspots of Highlands, Sloan's Lake, Wash Park, Platte Park, City Park, RiNo, close to downtown, etc...but just like anything else, pictures will do a great job if you are not in those prime locations. 

It is a very cyclical city and completely dependent on tourism.

Rossland and especially Nelson BC are known for there ski hills, and 4 season nature playgrounds, which leads to a lot of tourism.

Lack of tourism (aka cash flow) should shake out the weak hands and prices will fall further.
