It is added footage that already comes with the board (and sheetrock, trim and flooring later) new so why waste it?

I use eggshell on the walls, flat on the ceiling, and semi gloss on the trim so it’s easier to wipe down.  

This deal is a full gut rehab, the unit were in terrible shape so we are doing new siding, new windows, new kitchens, new appliances, new bathrooms, new trim, new paint etc.

Our new trim, LVP and subfloors will need to be replaced. $1200 later, it is another sobering reminder not to trip over dollars to pick up pennies!

I learned how to do HVAC, roofing, pluming, tile laying, laminate flooring, concrete counter-tops, drywall, texturing walls and ceiling, fixing foundations, trim, electrical, framing, and so much about the process of buying a property.

A window that had a large sill was to be trimmed out (to match another window).3. 

Also when I cut trim, or other carpentry I let them measure and mark the boards.
