I wasted 1/2 a day toying with it.

& as I tell my daughters, don't despair when you do see him with someone else, because we should always give our used toys to someone less fortunate.Then remember if he ever asks you if he was the ONLY ONE you have been with.

Curious, what happened to the toys?

I keep kids toys and pets away from our glazed tubs (action figures & dog nails, no good) I reglazed a few tubs a couple of month ago, I made sure to do it a week before vacation, that way tubs curried for over 2 weeks. so far they have been alright but long term not sure yet.

We are toying with the idea of starting another meeting on the west side, more info to come later this year.

I toyed with trying to turn that into a side gig but never went further.I realize any very seasoned investors are likely paying for a software that probably handles the majority of standard reporting so my value-add may be limited to investors with a smaller port folio or investors with very specific and customer reporting desires.

RV parking at houses is almost a "must" - everyone has a big boy toy of some sort.
